Delivery & Returns
We aim to send your goods by the next working day after you have placed your order. We send most of our parcels by ROYAL MAIL on a 3-5 day delivery service.
Delivery prices are valid for UK, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.

If you have a problem with any product ordered from us, or are not delighted with it for any reason, we would like to hear from you. Please email us via firstname.lastname@example.org with photographic evidence of any damage or defect. If you do need to return any goods to us, please make sure that they are packaged securely and we strongly recommend they are returned using insured registered delivery as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please retain a post office receipt for proof of postage. This is really important as we can only issue a refund once we have received the goods, in their condition when you dispatched them. If you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund them providing they are returned at the customer's expense in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
